• There is some event or celebration going on in your family – maybe wedding of a sibling or cousin.
• Family members keep asking you this or that – giving tasks, asking you to manage arrangements.
• You may be feeling that nobody is thinking of you, and only expects you to do everything. You may be telling some lies and escaping or speaking harshly to everyone at home.

How to do that:

• Create a timetable, make a tasklist – Like I will complete these family tasks between 9am-2pm (as an example). Ensure to complete assigned chores for that day.
• For rest of the day focus and study, nobody should disturb. Set up a separate area like on top floor and isolate yourself from rest of the family for the rest of the time. Stay away from phone/TV/distractions/snoozing/snacking during study hours.
• Take a cold water shower before sitting for study. Keep a picture of Lord Ram and Hanumanji at your study desk. Chant Hanuman Chalisa, meditate few minutes, ask for help and then focus.
