Have to see the chart, but should see the condition of the planet sitting in Taurus/2nd House in both D1/D9 & also Venus + Virgo/6th H & Mercury. Mars & Ketu are the karakas for surgery, so they should be looked at as well.
Rahu + Venus or Rahu in Taurus for example will give you a huge urge to beautify yourself but if Venus isn’t well placed it’s not recommended.
Mercury is the karaka for skin, so it should be well placed too. Mars + Mercury in 2nd H will also also signify Cosmetic Surgery
Venus in Virgo or 6th H if connected with Mars/Ketu will want to go under the knife for beauty purposes since Virgo is the sign of corrections. In this case, the native should leave the planets alone & not go under the knife.
