I am writing this with great hope.

Query is for my father.
His birth details are:

Date: 18th March 1961
Time: 14:30-14:32 hrs ( sometimes he says 14:30 & sometimes 14:32 )
Place: Begusarai,Bihar

His life is full of tragedy, ups and downs.

He was working as govt junior engineer with Bihar govt till September 2004 , after that shifted to jharkhand govt due to state wise cader division.

However due to wrong blame of some missing items from stores & paperworks after that,his service book was kept with Bihar govt only & salary was never given after that. Basic Salary was given in between, after bribing officers & clerks, that too for few months only.

Although other things were normal,like transfer or postings at different places or works being alloted or quality of work or appreciation etc. Only thing was no salary & fear of paperworks.

Some of important events in his life
1. Married: 10th July 1989
2. My grandfather died:17th may 2004
3. My grandmother died: 20th January 2006
4. My mother died : 30th November 2012

5. Accident at railway station: 12-13th September 2013 ( got entrapped between train and platform). Operating doctor did wrong surgery of right thigh bone & had infection after that, had to operate again in February 2014 & was saved from amputing leg. I was on ship that time.

6. Bike Accident on : 6th-8th September 2016 (unable to recall exact date) was lying unconscious on Jharkhand Village road around night time & was luckily saved by one autorickshaw driver passing by. He admitted him in nearby hospital. I was on ship that time.

After that had accidents in 2017 April. I was on ship that time too.

7. Had corona in April 2021 , I was on ship that time too.

8. My sister’s marriage on 11th February 2022.

From last one month he is having frequent pain in right side of chest , it is more prominent when he has to walk for some work or eats irregular things, on visiting Dr medication of liver and stomach was given, but it’s not showing any effect & situation is getting worse day by day. On changing Dr ECG & echo was done & 45% blockage detected in vein & need to do more tests.

Due to pain in right side of chest he is unable to sleep in proper way from last 7-8 days, it is more prominent from last 3 days.

Today during routine check up dr found that he had survived one heart attack.

My query is,

1.will he be able to get back normal health ?? Is dasha of rahu & antardasa of Saturn life threatening ? Will he need to be operated for something? What can be done for speedy recovery in health.

2. Paperworks regarding his pending salary & pensions are going on with government, we are hopeful of receiving in few months or maybe one fine day if all goes well, sir our expectations are good or it is denied in his chart & our charts. We are working on paperworks and documentation from last few years & are hopeful of positive outcome without going to court. Please advise remedies for favourable outcome & speedy process & no obstructions in between. He retired on 31st January 2021. Now I am afraid will we ever get the money from government, how will he go to different offices due to poor health ?

3. To earn more money from money he started giving it on interest to people & most of people never returned money back.He is tensed because of that also , will the money be recovered.

4. What is the pending karma of him & us to see & experience so many tragic situations in life.

5 . Is there any tantra issue in horoscope?
Before he got ill , my elder uncle was ill & as soon as my father’s health started to deteriorate, my uncle’s health improved, almost same timings.

Before his health deteriorated he was running here and there only due to pending documentations with different offices, traveling in train or bus many days in a month.
