Before telling the answer to Saturn in 10th house, please note that there is a Rashi in which Saturn will be placed. Always look at the Rashi first as the planetary placement will come at last.

Suppose someone is a Leo ascendant, without seeing any planets you can predict to the native that he will be focused in his higher studies, Father will have a good physique or will be on the thin side, Teachers will behave strictly with this native, Submission of homework in collage will be done on time for first few months and then the native will submit assignments late for some time, etc.
