In new magazine for 2023, it is said that king of the the year 2021 was mercury and stocks to be picked with name Ta, Tha, Da, Dho, Ana. 

1. my question is that on which date the Hindu new year 2023 is starting? 
2. how the above mentioned names were advised for mercury? 
3. what will be the names for other planets ? other then Mercury?
