Hello , Everyone who has enrolled in the Essentials/Foundation Course – You have already received the Yantra Book or you will receive it within some time. Actually almost all students had questions as to how to use the book, what is the process we should follow while coloring the Yantras , what to do with the Yantras after coloring , etc. 

The Yantras mentioned in the Book are associated with the Gayatri Devi – all the Yantras can be colored as mentioned in the starting of each yantra as well as writing in each yantra has to be done accordingly. 

Color Pencil should be used when coloring the yantra – its also mentioned at the last page of the book.

Start with the 1st Yantra mentioned – Adhyashakti and then continue upto the Ritambhara yantra.

Choose a good day – Preferably Sunday with tithi of Ekadashi, Panchami or similar tithi. Wake up early , get fresh – and then pray to Surya Dev and perform the Gayatri Jaap – now you can start coloring the Yantra. 

Students can either color 1 Yantra per day or they can color all 108 Yantras along with the writing at once. Once a Particular Yantra is colored accordingly, the Last Yantra (Increased Size) should be hanged in the eastern wall at 7 feet and all the other Yantras should be disposed in river or can be disposed through burning. 

The same process has to be followed for all the Yantras until all the Yantras are colored and eventually put in the eastern wall. When any Yantra is completed Students should wait at least 1-2 weeks before starting another Yantra. 

There will be certain symptoms when you finish coloring the Yantras such as for the Adhyashakti Yantra – there will be headache and you will feel as if something is being pressurized in your head as well as stomach pain for atleast more than 1 hour along with overpressure of work due to which you will get less time to be with family and even lesser time to enjoy. 

The energies will be purified and in this process there will be certain negative or troubling experiences initially but that is very normal as the negative energies and the blockages are being cleared out.
