technique- see 9th from jupiter ,if it have benefic planets(mercury,venus and moon) then you would get boss that motivates you and teaches you in polite way.
if it have malefic planets (mars,saturn,rahu and ketu) then they would teach in strict way, and they may not appreciate you in your face or motivate you , but they may appreciate your good work behind you and they are the reason that you reach your max potential.
if they work employee’s way then they are not the person eligible to become boss. stop thinking about boss,learn from them and their teaching ,experiences etc.
