Timings
Time in life is very much significant, such people who become IAS were operating all sorts of dashas, from different supportive planets. But the mahadasha and Antar dasha owners were very very powerful, but more grandly, chara dasha also exhibited more strength. Many were running chara dasha Rashi where both Atmakarka and Amatyakarka were either positioned in supportive zodiacs or were aspecting the 10th from Chara Dasha Rashi which is used in Jaimini jyotisha. This is the hugest indication. 10th house indicating important job accomplishment during chara dasha. Travelling Saturn and Sun were at their big point of binnashtakavarga score as well. This is the type of ashtakvarga where a single planet distributes a certain score to a bhava, and when they travel that bhava they either lend outstanding results or no effects at all. 0 being the shortest and 8 being the biggest and greatly favourable.
