First one has to analyze the root cause of pcod; is it because of:
1. insulin resistance (sugar cravings, irregular periods, difficulty losing weight) – afflicted Jupiter. remedies of Jupiter like spreading sweetness, donating yellow things, knowledge, public welfare donations etc. could also be pitr dosh, so doing shrardh etc. can also help. eating bitters, turmeric, working out, eating less carbs and fats is important. letting go of jealousy and resentment is important.
2. inflammation (acne, bloating, unwanted hairgrowth) – afflicted Mars, swiftest to cure with Mars remedies. mild exercise and helping people in emergencies. having cooling food, avoiding acidic food. karmic reason is pent up anger and aggression, which has to be let go.
3. adrenal fatigue (stress, acne, hirsutism etc) – afflicted venus – remedies include taking plenty of fluids, making sure lower abdomen is not bulging by doing yoga, worshipping Lalita devi, working on creative projects, donating clothes, makeup etc. , working closely with soil doing gardening etc. Karmic reason could be unrealized creative gift.

Also, these is a saying in the yogic science that a women’s menstrual cycle should match the moon phases. women should get their periods on new moon days.
I started doing Sambhavi Mahamudra kriya after completing my Inner engineering, and my periods has been in sync with moon for about 2 months now.

Just to mention I said I cured my pcos 60%, it means that I still struggle with excess hair and some dark parts on my body due to hormonal imbalance and also sweet cravings.
My periods are completely normal.

In another video sir talks about finding your Jupiter(hapiness) and staying away from Saturn (people and ideas that influence you negatively/stress). Remedy for Saturn is to increase Mars that’s why offer oil to Hanuman, read Hanuman Chalisa, Shani Chalisa, Dashrath Shani Stotram and have a regular exercise regime. Feeding Crows and laborers and poor people (all Saturn related) will help.
