Hello All- In BPHS- Chapter 18- Shlok 22-42 deals with timing of events related to Marriage.
Let us all start from Shlok 22 which states- If 7th lord is in a benefic house (5 or 9) while Venus is exalted -native will marry at age of 5 or 9.
Can we now test with the different combinations what can be the marriage age in this? such as 7th lord in 5th house – one of the marriage will be 27 as using the 12 year cycle in the chart.
Let us now bring charts with 7th lord in 5th and 9th with marriage ages.

Above native is born in 25th march,1995 and her 27th year is running as per 12 years per house system.She is gpoing to be engaged on 24th and planning to get married on makar sakranti next year.
As sir said 7th karak and lord to be well placed like in 5th and 7th houses then person gets married easily.In above chart karak guru is well placed in 5th but lord is not in good postion ie 8th house.Native did not consult family members for the marriage and tried to contacted groom’s family members herself.She got this offer through matrimonial site.Family members are not happy with her decision and just involved to get her to marry fast as this girl is quite problamatic.So in 27th year she is getting engaged and married however not easily.

My own chart has Venus in libra and 7th lord sun in virgo so both conditions are met, but - I didn't have an "early marriage" (upto now - 27 years at least). Deviation probably because saturn is looking at 7th house and venus is with rahu the rule isn't universal
